Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the eCommerce and Salesforce Commerce Cloud architecture roadmap.
- Design scalable integrations across Search, Catalogue, Inventory, Cart, Checkout, OMS, ERP, and CRM platforms.
- Lead API-first and microservices-based integrations with payment, logistics, personalization, and analytics platforms.
- Drive adoption of Headless Commerce, cloud-native architecture, and DevOps practices.
- Optimize eCommerce platforms for performance, SEO, mobile responsiveness, and omnichannel experiences.
- Establish technical, coding, security, and compliance standards across the eCommerce ecosystem.
- Collaborate with business, product, and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Mandatory Skills
- 10+ years of eCommerce Architecture experience
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)
- Experience with Search, Catalogue, Cart, Checkout, Inventory, and OMS
- Strong understanding of ERP and CRM integrations
- Hands-on experience with APIs, Microservices, and cloud technologies
- Knowledge of AWS/Azure and DevOps
- Experience in large-scale Retail eCommerce implementations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Good to Have
- Experience with Headless Commerce
- Omnichannel retail capabilities such as BOPIS and Ship-from-Store
- Experience with personalization and analytics platforms
- Strong understanding of eCommerce security and performance optimization
