Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce and Retail Operations Manager, located in Perambur. The role includes overseeing daily retail operations, managing store performance, analyzing sales metrics, extending customer support, ensuring online order fulfillment and applying insights to optimize operational efficiency. The manager will also ensure superior customer service, inventory management, and team coordination to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and meet business goals.
Qualifications
- Retail Operations and Store Management experience to oversee stores and ensure smooth operations
- Strong Operations Management and Analytical Skills to optimize processes and evaluate performance metrics
- Customer Service expertise to deliver exceptional shopping experiences and resolve inquiries efficiently
- Proficiency in inventory management and sales performance tracking
- Ability to lead and manage a retail team effectively
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Prior experience in ecommerce or retail industries preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations, or a related field is a plus
