Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ecommerce Analyst based in Thiruvananthapuram. The Ecommerce Analyst will be responsible for analyzing online sales trends, identifying business opportunities, and optimizing the customer shopping experience. Responsibilities include managing ecommerce metrics, assisting with online marketing efforts, providing actionable insights, improving sales performance, and ensuring effective customer service strategies. The role will require collaboration across teams to align company goals with ecommerce objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and drive insights for online sales and customer behaviors
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with teams and convey data-driven insights effectively
- Experience in Customer Service to address client needs and improve customer satisfaction
- Proficiency in E-Commerce platforms and strategies
- Sales acumen and experience with techniques to boost revenue and manage sales funnels
- Familiarity with market trends in the activewear or retail sector is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate problem-solving skills
