Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ecommerce Analyst based in Ahmedabad. The Ecommerce Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing website and sales data, optimizing online sales processes, and providing customer insights. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing trends, managing online product listings, supporting sales strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals and improve overall ecommerce performance.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making
- Handle end to end marketplaces
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with teams and presenting insights clearly
- Experience in Customer Service to ensure a high-quality customer experience
- Knowledge of E-Commerce platforms and processes
- Experience in Sales to support strategies that drive online revenue growth
- Proficiency in using analytics tools and familiarity with online retail operations
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
