Role Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented, execution-focused Ecommerce Intern who will own the end-to-end health, readiness, and accuracy of our product catalog across Amazon, Myntra, and our D2C website.
This role is mission-critical.
If catalog is broken → ads don’t work → inventory gets stuck → growth stops.
You will work closely with design, ads, and operations teams to ensure that every SKU is discoverable, compliant, event-ready, and conversion-optimized.
Core Responsibilities (What You Will Own)1️⃣ Catalog Hygiene & Compliance
- Create, update, and maintain product listings on Amazon, Myntra, and D2C
- Ensure:
- Correct titles, bullet points, backend keywords
- Accurate categories & attributes
- Image compliance (platform-specific rules)
- Monitor and resolve:
- Suppressed / blocked listings
- Attribute or variation errors
Outcome:
Zero surprises, zero broken listings.
2️⃣ New SKU, Bundle & Hamper Launches
- Set up new SKUs, variations, bundles, and hampers end-to-end
- Coordinate with:
- Designers (images & creatives)
- Ops team (SKU codes & inventory readiness)
- Ensure launch readiness using defined checklists
- Act as the final gatekeeper before a SKU goes live
Outcome:
Clean launches with no post-go-live fixes.
3️⃣ Event & Seasonal Catalog Readiness
- Prepare the catalog for events such as Holi, Rakhi, Valentine’s, Diwali, etc.
- Identify event-relevant SKUs and bundles
- Update titles, bullets, images, and tags where required
- Ensure event SKUs are live at least 14 days before demand peaks
Outcome:
No last-minute chaos. Full visibility during peak sales windows.
4️⃣ Cross-Platform Consistency
- Maintain consistency of product information across:
- Amazon
- Myntra
- Website
- Ensure customers see the same product story everywhere, adapted only for platform rules
Outcome:
Higher trust, lower returns, cleaner brand perception.
5️⃣ Catalog Insights & Continuous Improvement
- Review:
- Conversion trends
- Customer reviews & complaints
- Search term relevance
- Proactively suggest:
- Listing improvements
- New variations or bundles
- Content changes to improve CTR & CVR
- Share actionable insights, not raw data
Outcome:
Catalog improves every month without extra ad spend.

- Catalog Health Score: ≥ 98% listings error-free
- Event Readiness SLA: 100% event SKUs live 14 days before event
- New SKU Launch Accuracy: ≥ 95% launches without rework
- Top SKU Coverage: 100% of top 20% SKUs reviewed monthly
- Actionable Improvements: Minimum 4 implemented suggestions/month
🛠 Tools & Skills RequiredMust-Have
- Amazon Seller Central & Myntra Seller Panel experience
- Strong understanding of:
- Titles, bullets, backend keywords
- Variations & attributes
- High attention to detail
- Comfortable with Google Sheets / Excel
Good to Have
- Experience with D2C platforms (Shopify / WooCommerce)
- Familiarity with AI tools for:
- Copy generation
- Catalog audits
- Bulk content creation
- Understanding of SEO & keyword intent
