Key Responsibilities:(2-4 Years)- Manage end-to-end operations of e-commerce marketplace accounts(Amazon, walmart).
- Handle product listings, cataloging, and content optimization (SEO, images, descriptions)
- Monitor sales performance, pricing, and competitor activity
- Plan and execute promotions, deals, and discount strategies
- Coordinate with internal teams for inventory planning and order fulfillment
- Maintain account health metrics and ensure platform compliance
- Manage customer queries, returns, and ratings/reviews
- Analyze data and generate performance reports with actionable insights
- Work on improving conversion rates and overall revenue growth
- Exposure to platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, or Swiggy Instamart is a plus
- Understanding of fast-moving inventory, stock planning, and real-time demand
- Ability to manage high-frequency orders and quick turnaround timelines
Required Skills:- Strong understanding of e-commerce marketplace operations
- Basic knowledge of listing SEO and catalog management
- Good analytical skills and proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to manage multiple SKUs and platforms
- Strong coordination and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:- Prior experience in e-commerce or marketplace account management
- Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout (optional)
- Experience with D2C brands or online retail operations
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):- Revenue growth across marketplaces
- Conversion rate and listing performance
- Inventory availability and stock turnover
- Customer ratings and account health metrics
