About the role
We are looking for a hands-on Ecom & Performance Marketing Executive to own our Amazon marketplace and paid ads function. This is a high-ownership role. You will manage Amazon Seller Central, run paid campaigns across Amazon and Google, and optimise listings for search visibility. You will work closely with the leadership team and have direct visibility into business outcomes.

Key responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimise Amazon Ads including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display. Own ACOS and TACoS targets.
- Manage Amazon Seller Central end-to-end: catalogue, pricing, account health, review management, and inventory coordination.
- Create and optimise product listings with strong SEO including keyword research, title and bullet copy, backend keywords, and A+ content briefs.
- Run and scale Google Ads campaigns (Shopping, Performance Max, Search) for our D2C website. Manage budgets and optimise for ROAS.
- Track and report weekly on key metrics including spends, revenue, ROAS, ACOS, and organic rank, and share actionable insights.
- Coordinate with design and ops teams for creatives, inventory availability, and new product launches.
What we're looking for
- 1–3 years of direct, hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central (brand or seller side).
- Proven experience running Amazon Ads campaigns. You understand bid strategy, campaign structure, and search term analysis.
- Strong listing SEO skills with experience using tools like Helium 10, Data Dive, or similar keyword research platforms.
- Working knowledge of Google Ads with Shopping and/or Performance Max experience preferred.
- Analytical mindset. Comfortable pulling and interpreting data in Excel or Google Sheets independently.
Good to have
- Experience managing listings and ads on quick commerce platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, or Swiggy Instamart.
- Familiarity with Flipkart Seller Hub or other Indian marketplace platforms like Meesho or Myntra.
- Prior exposure to catalogue management or campaign setup on any quick commerce seller dashboard.
