Intern – Heavy

Report to assigned accounts/sites and ensure regular presence for effective management. Conduct site visits and line walks to monitor operations and identify any issues. Meet with site supervisors to discuss daily management activities and operational updates. Interact with customers to review daily activities, address deviations and challenges, and discuss corrective actions and water treatment parameters. Promote and enforce site safety practices; review safety compliance with site supervisors and customers, and maintain documentation in line with CSMS (Corporate Safety Management System) standards. Perform tasks as per Ecolab's 6 Service Standards to ensure consistent service quality. Collect water samples and conduct analysis in Ecolab's internal laboratory. Adhere to the monthly schedule for water treatment KPIs, including corrosion rate monitoring and microbiological testing, and take corrective actions to maintain parameters within agreed limits. Prepare and submit daily and monthly reports accurately and on time. Identify opportunities for improvement, value addition, water and energy savings, and potential upselling. Collect water analysis data from lab chemists across various accounts. Take corrective actions based on analysis results and document them in daily reports. Participate in group discussions, troubleshooting sessions, and team-building activities to support continuous improvement and collaboration.
