About the role
Work closely with India HR Head & IMEA C&B Lead to develop and implement new policies and procedures relating to C&B in India.
Work with the India HR Head & IMEA C&B Lead to drive globally consistent programs such as pay ranges, positions & structures, compensation & benefits advice, industry surveys, ESOP's & RSU's related programs and its communication.
Network and manage relationships with outside consultants/vendors.
Understand and implement incentive plans based on functions and roles in the organization.
Administer the organization's established HR programs and policies so that they are implemented efficiently and equitably and comply with all relevant collective agreements, individual employment contracts, regulations, laws, and the organization's employment policies and standards.
Drive HR programs' value communication.
