Job Overview:
The Associate Procurement Manager – PMO works closely with sponsors and key stakeholders achieve project goals and implement process improvements utilizing project manager tools. This position typically reports to a Procurement Manager.

What You Will Do:
- Work closely with sponsors and key stakeholders to ensure achievement of program goals
- Use Ecolab program management best practices, and as needed develop new methods and tools
- Incorporate change leadership in programs to ensure stakeholders make the personal changes needed for program success
- Develop and manage an effective measurement and reporting system including progress and results tracking, P&L linkage, and other critical metrics
- Work across organizational boundaries and influence others to achieve program goals
- Participate with rest of Enterprise Excellence PMO team to advance a culture of continuous improvement
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7+ years of professional operations management, continuous improvement or related experience
- Proven leadership, project management, problem-solving and team development skills
- Ability to communicate and influence at all levels of the organization, in both written and verbal (presentation) areas
- Demonstrated success initiating change and process improvement
- Demonstrated process improvement skills (Green/Black Belt trained, or commitment to complete Green Belt training while in role)
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in Supply Chain
- Strong analytical aptitude and organizational skills, high attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Overall business acumen and ability to deal with ambiguity
- Strong business case analytics and ability to build “the story”
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal with the ability to interact with the highest levels of management
- Results-oriented, proactive, and possesses a high level of integrity
- Excellent project management skills
- Networking skills with the ability to build and maintain business relationships globally
- Spreadsheet, database, financial systems and ad hoc reporting skills
- Results oriented, proactive and self-motivated with both detail and process orientation
