About SU.RE Eco-Stitch Sustainability Conclave
SU.RE Eco-Stitch is a high-impact industry conclave hosted alongside the CMAI FAB Show, bringing together brands, manufacturers, and sustainability leaders to showcase solutions, products, and action pathways for the future of sourcing.
Role Overview
We are looking for sharp, energetic interns to support the backend operations and coordination of the Eco-Stitch Conclave in Mumbai, including speaker/panel management and fashion showcase support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage backend coordination for conclave operations and run-of-show
- Coordinate with speakers/panelists: confirmations, schedules, bios, presentations, session flow
- Support panel execution: session checklists, speaker readiness, timekeeping support
- Coordinate with teams managing fashion collections and the fashion show (look lists, sequencing support, backstage coordination)
- Support on-ground troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and execution tasks

Who Should Apply
- Based in Mumbai (or available to be on-ground for 3 days at BEC)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Calm under pressure, detail-oriented, proactive
- Interest in sustainability, fashion/textiles, events, or industry ecosystems is a plus
