The Position:

The Full-Stack Engineer – Cloud & Platform will join the Digital Innovations & Transformation team to support the development of Project Neuron, Eclipse Automation’s cutting-edge digital transformation platform. This role involves developing web interfaces, APIs, and backend services that connect to real-time 3D models, AI assistants, and enterprise data. A key focus will be leveraging Red Hat OpenShift for hosting containerized infrastructure, enabling scalable applications and services. You will also support knowledge transfer and transition tasks related to Red Hat OpenShift and Azure Active Directory.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Architect and develop responsive front-end interfaces and robust backend endpoints for scalable web applications
  • Leverage Red Hat OpenShift to containerize applications, ensuring seamless orchestration and auto-scaling of backend services
  • Contribute to the knowledge transfer from Accenture-managed Azure AD to Eclipse Azure AD, aligning with dev, test, and production requirements in Canada
  • Engineer new features and enhancements for dashboards, portals, enterprise tools, and internal systems
  • Collaborate with Senior Engineers and Program Leads during design sessions, sprint planning, and retrospectives
  • Ensure high development standards through code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipeline management


What We’re Looking For:

  • An educational background in Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline
  • 1–3+ years of experience in full-stack software development, with expertise in Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes, and Docker
  • Demonstrated experience with containerized applications and larger-scale deployments involving multiple integrated systems
  • Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks and backend systems
  • Interest or experience in AI, digital twins, spatial computing, or related technologies
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
