About the role

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and automate Asset Management reports using SmartDX, CRP, and COBE platforms.
  • Convert manual and semi‑manual reporting processes into automated, scalable solutions.
  • Build and maintain report templates across formats (Excel, PPT, Word, PDF).
  • Perform data analysis, validation, and reconciliation to ensure reporting accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with engineering and technology teams to implement system enhancements and resolve technical issues.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, documentation standards, and audit requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, and standardization across reporting workflows.
  • Support testing, issue resolution, and ongoing maintenance of automated reporting solutions.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail while managing multiple deliverables under tight deadlines.

 

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx 
  • Proficiency in Excel and SQL; basic understanding of Python, R, or VBA is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, data management, and validation skills.
  • Experience in system design, reporting template design, and automation workflows.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across functions and geographies.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive mindset.
  • High attention to detail with a quality‑first approach.
  • Ability to manage priorities and work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
