About The Role
HRBP will closely work with the leadership team, functional heads and managers to align organizations HR strategy with Business strategy in order to realize the Business goals.
As an employee experience champion HRBP will be responsible to achieve ENPS >70 in next 12-18 months by driving the talent acquisition and development initiatives and building strong organization culture.
What Describes You Best
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
● 5+ years of relevant work exp. with at least 1+ yrs. as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
Skills
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including counseling
● Excellent collaboration and conflict management skills
● Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
● Strong process management and data analytics skills
- Practical knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations
What will you Own
As HRBP you will be responsible to drive and support organizational change initiatives by assisting employees adapt to org culture, processes and tools consistently.
Principal Accountabilities (How will you spend your time at Eclat):
- Collaborate with all stakeholders to align HR strategies with overall business objectives and contribute to the organization's success.
- Oversee workforce planning, hiring for the right culture fit and onboarding processes to ensure the organization has the right talent in the right roles.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with the organization's objectives.
- Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Utilize HR analytics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improving HR strategies and processes.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and industry standards, while mitigating HR-related risks.
