About the role

The Assistant Project Manager will work directly with the Project Manager to assist in the planning, execution, monitoring and control of all project activities. Key responsibilities include: - Assist the Project Manager in developing and managing project plans, schedules, and budgets - Monitor project progress, identify issues, and propose solutions - Coordinate and facilitate project team meetings and communication - Assist in the management of project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials - Support the implementation of project management processes and best practices - Contribute to the development of project reports and presentations - Provide administrative support to the project team as needed Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience - 2-4 years of experience in project management or a related field - Strong organizational and time management skills - Effective communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in using project management software and tools - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices
