Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an EC Sales position, located in Hyderabad. The EC Sales professional will be responsible for engaging with prospective and existing customers to identify their needs, provide information about our products and services, and drive sales growth. The role involves building strong customer relationships, upselling and cross-selling, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include maintaining sales records, contributing to team sales strategies, and staying updated on market trends. Collaboration with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction is also expected.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to achieve revenue targets and contribute to business growth
- Ability to conduct and deliver Training sessions to guide team members and ensure consistent performance
- A proactive problem-solving attitude and a customer-focused mindset
- Familiarity with sales tools and CRM systems is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Interiors, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
