About The Opportunity
The Experience Centre Manager will be responsible for managing the overall operations of the premium Fitness & Wellness Experience Centre in Gurugram. The role involves delivering exceptional customer experiences through equipment demonstrations, personalized consultations, trial sessions, sales generation, and maintaining high standards of safety, hygiene, and operational efficiency.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Experience Centre, including customer handling, equipment demonstrations, fitness consultations, and trial sessions.
- Drive sales through upselling home gym packages, organizing wellness workshops/events, and developing partnerships with gyms, trainers, and corporates.
- Monitor inventory of demo units, accessories, and consumables while ensuring proper maintenance and hygiene of all equipment.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, daily equipment inspections, and fitness industry compliance standards to prevent injuries during demos and trials.
- Handle customer feedback, product usability concerns, sizing issues, and warranty-related queries professionally.
- Analyse footfall, trial-to-sale conversions, CRM data, and showroom performance to improve customer engagement and revenue generation.
- Promote the Experience Centre through social media activities, local events, influencer collaborations, and fitness/wellness campaigns.
- Build strong B2B relationships with gyms, trainers, and corporate clients for bulk business opportunities.
- Prepare monthly operational and sales reports, including revenue performance and showroom productivity metrics.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, Sports Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Fitness & Wellness / Experience Centres.
- Experience in handling HNI clients and high-value product environments
- Exposure to international vendors and fitness equipment preferred
- Strong client engagement and presentation skills
- Deep understanding of fitness & wellness equipment and solutions
- Knowledge of international standards and industry practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- High level of ownership, professionalism, and attention to detail
