Proven experience supporting project managers with start-ups, close-outs, bid tracking, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and documentation control; knowledge of construction contracts, subcontract administration, certified payroll, OCIP/CCIP, COIs, bonding, lien waivers, permits; experience managing monthly billings for subcontracts $100K-$5M; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
