Profile- Oracle EBS Architect / Project Manager
Exp- 15+
Location- Hyd/ Chennai
- Experience: 15+ years of experience in Oracle EBS applications with strong exposure to architecture, solution design, and project management.
- Core Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Oracle EBS solutions across Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM), Purchasing (PO, Inventory, Advanced pricing, iProcurement) & planning (ASCP & Demantra) modules, along with HR and SCM.
- Provide end‑to‑end solution ownership, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with business requirements.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to design and test customizations, extensions, and integrations.
- Conduct gap analysis and propose architectural solutions to bridge business requirements with Oracle EBS capabilities.
- Oversee Product Data Hub (PDH) and Customer Data Hub (CDH) implementations for master data governance and integration.
- Develop and review functional and technical specifications for enhancements and reports.
- Stay updated with Oracle product releases and recommend adoption strategies.
Project Management Responsibilities:
- Act as Project Manager for Oracle EBS initiatives, driving planning, execution, and delivery.
- Manage scope, timelines, resources, and risks across multiple projects.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency in progress reporting.
- Lead knowledge transfer (KT) sessions, training, and post‑go‑live support activities.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards (SAFe Agile, CMMI, etc.) and best practices.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering collaboration and accountability.
Additional Skills:
- Strong understanding of P2P and O2C cycles.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to balance architectural depth with program delivery discipline.
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Financials or Migration Experience.
- Certifications in Oracle Financials or Cloud ERP.
- Ability to stay updated with the latest Oracle product releases and features
