Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated EBO (Exclusive Brand Outlet) Store Manager to oversee day-to-day store operations at our Hyderabad location. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves managing the store team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving customer satisfaction. The Store Manager will also focus on implementing retail strategies, maintaining stock, optimizing sales performance, and managing loss prevention measures.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to enhance the shopping experience and address customer needs effectively
- Excellent Communication skills to foster a collaborative relationship with customers and the store team
- Proven experience in Store Management, including operations and sales performance optimization
- Proficiency in Retail Loss Prevention strategies to safeguard store assets
- Leadership and team management abilities to ensure smooth business operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges in fast-paced retail environments
- Prior experience in retail or fashion industries is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field preferred
