Sneaker Authentication Manager

As a Sneaker Authentication Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing eBay's trust, safety, and fraud prevention initiatives. You will lead a team of sneaker experts responsible for authenticating sneakers to ensure buyers receive genuine products. This includes overseeing the day-to-day operations of the authentication process, developing and implementing new authentication procedures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement. You will also be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of sneaker authentication specialists, providing guidance, and fostering a positive work environment. To be successful in this role, you should have a passion for sneakers, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.
