<div>● open / close office for clients <br>● Organize/schedule cleaning staff<br>● Monitor/order supplies<br>● Client Intakes:<br>○ Monitoring inquiry phone calls and emails;<br>○ Send registration forms and information to all inquiries;<br>○ Collaborate with clients and staff to add therapy services, as needed, to client’s treatment plan.<br>○ Process new registration forms by entering all information into Theralytics<br>○ Verify insurance<br>○ Act as liaison between therapy staff and clients, as needed<br>● Early Intervention:<br>○ Liaison between EBPR and Service Coordinators to pick up and process new clients<br>○ Ensure all authorizations received before therapy starts<br>○ Enter all client information into Theralytics<br>○ Follow up as needed to support therapist with paperwork and IFSP reviews<br>○ Monitor and ensure all progress reports and evaluations are conducted as authorized by DHS-EI<br>○ Monitor IFSP development time and ensure appropriate billing/scheduling<br>● Scheduling<br>○ Assist in therapist scheduling at PYR and LTP, in collaboration with the Administrative Team<br>○ Update software with new client information and scheduling of new clients<br>○ Update software with new users/therapists<br>● Billing/Financial<br>○ Collaborate with Clinic Administrator on all billing tasks, such as<br>■ monitor payments and invoices to ensure up-to-date;<br>■ manage pre-authorization requests as needed and collaborate with therapist for specific<br>paperwork and reports needed;<br>■ double-check to ensure timesheet hours match billed hours.<br>● Assist BCBA in training of all new ABA / BT staff<br>● Fill in for absentee staff, as needed</div>
