- Liaise with local Electricity Boards/DISCOMs for new connections, load enhancement, and issue resolution.
- Drive end-to-end coordination from application stage to power-up/energization of telecom sites.
- Coordinate with DISCOM departments for execution of power infrastructure, including power line extension and DTR (Distribution Transformer) installation.
- Take ownership of obtaining all required approvals and permissions to ensure timely power connection release.
- Ensure continuous follow-up with Electricity Boards for service activation and timely energization.
- Track and expedite processes until receipt of the first electricity bill post-energization.
- Follow up on billing corrections, refunds, and meter replacements.
- Handle escalations with authorities for service-related issues and delays.
