About the role
As the VP Technology & Head of the Eaton India Innovation Center (EIIC), you will drive the strategic vision and execution of the innovation roadmap for the India market. You will lead a team of talented engineers and developers to deliver innovative solutions that address the evolving needs of our customers in the region. Key responsibilities include:Driving the strategic innovation agenda for the India market and aligning it with the global innovation strategy of Eaton;Nurturing a culture of creativity and ideation to foster the development of cutting-edge technologies and solutions;Building and leading a high-performing team of engineers, researchers, and product managers to translate innovations into impactful products and services;Collaborate with business leaders across Eaton to identify market needs and translate them into a robust innovation pipeline;Establish strong external partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and technology providers to expand the innovation ecosystem;Ensure effective project management, resource allocation, and talent development to deliver on the innovation roadmap;Represent Eaton as a thought leader in the technology and innovation space, engaging with industry forums and events.
