About the role

The Associate Customer Support Representative supports the Customer Support organization in serving Eaton's customers. This role is responsible for processing customer orders, handling customer inquiries and concerns, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities may include: - Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels - Process orders, returns, and other customer-facing transactions - Escalate customer issues as appropriate to resolve problems - Provide product and service information to customers - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the customer support organization - Other duties as assigned Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, either in an office or call center environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office suite - Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment - Problem-solving and analytical skills - Passion for delivering exceptional customer service - High school diploma or equivalent - Fluency in written and spoken English - Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evening and weekend hours - Desire to learn and grow within the organization
