The Business Process Owner - Quote to Cash serves as subject matter expert for a functional area (at least one of the following: Finance, Order Management, Puchasing/Materials, Manufacutring, Warehouse) and is responsible for driving process improvement, solution planning, functional design, testing, training and support activities. Has a deep understanding/expertise of business operations within their designated area of responsibility and applies that knowledge to process improvement and application designs and implementation activities.
Will be part of the CxP team to support and drive sales tool adoption. Additionally will support SAP projects (quote to cash). Ensure effective application for internal and remote teams. Contribute to process efficiency and improvement actions. Supports aligment on CORE ERP (SAP), support quote tool (CPQ) related to QTC processes and support E-commerce (Order Center and EDI).
Will support the validation and review of settings in different systems, check correct set up of interfaces from SAP to different systems. He/she will be part of E2E testing, drive EMEA core solutions in all EMEA sites. Analyse new requirements, support core processes, create impact analysis, share results to sales organizations, be a change agent. Understand Supply Chain flows.
He/She will work closely with business and IT for improving the various systems that host product, agreement, SAP and price data calls, including doing User Acceptance Testing.
- Evaluate business and technical needs of the operations encompassing all aspects for the specific process area assigned to EMEA
- Serve as process subject matter experts and owners for their respective domain of responsibility
- Drives As-Is analysis, identify process and system implementation requirements, compare with best practice and support implementation activities with domain responsibility
- Review solution plans, confirm capabilities, priorities and or gaps and align solution cross local organizations
- Supports development of standard business processes and practices per domain
- Assist and support integration of process changes into the organization, be a “change-agent”
- Supports the design, implementation, and optimization of end-to-end business processes per domain in coordination with the local organizations and IT
- Participate and coordinate in testing, communications, training, training material creation, change readiness activities in alignment with local BPO’s
- Plan, coordinate and maintain cut over activities with local BPO’s and other organizations
- Support effective use of business systems before, during and after Go Live
- Monitor and report assigned project status information, working closely with the IT team
- Acquire, practice and evangelize the use of project management
- Understanding and working knowledge of ERP systems
- Participate in development and delivery of communications regarding program activities
- Review solution plans, confirm capabilities, priorities and or gaps
- Work with multiple stakeholders to confirm system functionality and data
- Have a continuous focus of process efficiency
