Telecom Delivery & Cost Support Analyst – WAN & Internet Services

This role provides operational support to the Edge WAN Transport Delivery function, working closely with senior delivery leads to assist with the coordination, tracking, documentation, and cost visibility of WAN and Internet connectivity services.
The position supports enterprise telecom programs by managing delivery data, coordinating follow‑ups with service providers, maintaining documentation, and assisting with cost and quote validation. The role does not perform network engineering but plays a critical part in ensuring delivery accuracy, transparency, and timely execution.
Key Responsibilities

Telecom Order & Delivery Support
• Maintain and update telecom order trackers across carriers and regions
• Track delivery milestones, order status, and documentation completeness
• Follow up with service providers on missing dates, completion notices, or confirmations
• Support preparation of delivery summaries for internal stakeholders
Carrier & Stakeholder Coordination
• Assist with preparation for carrier status calls, including site lists and open items
• Draft and track follow‑up communications with carriers and internal teams
• Coordinate information flow between delivery leads, project teams, and vendors
Cost, Quote & Contract Support
• Track telecom quotes and pricing details, including recurring and non‑recurring charges
• Support cost comparison and approval workflows
• Assist with validation of special construction costs, early termination fees, and invoice alignment
Documentation & Data Management
• Organize and maintain contracts, completion documents, and carrier communications
• Ensure delivery and cost records are accurately stored in shared repositories
• Support ad‑hoc data requests for reporting and audit readiness
WAN & Internet Connectivity Awareness
• Apply a working understanding of WAN and Internet connectivity services, including service types and delivery dependencies
• Understand how underlay connectivity supports SD‑WAN deployments
• Perform all work within a non‑engineering, coordination‑focused scope
