The Role

As an Onboarding Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for newly signed restaurant partners—making sure each venue is launch-ready: operationally, technically, and confidently.

Sitting between our Sales and Account Management teams, you’ll deliver a smooth and structured onboarding experience that sets our partners up for long-term success.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Run onboarding calls to walk new venues through platform operations (Partner Portal, deal scheduling, redemptions, reporting).
• Educate venues on how EatClub’s revenue flow and settlement process works.
• Check technical readiness: tablet setup, login access, menu/images, test redemptions.
• Troubleshoot early issues and escalate blockers to ensure a smooth go-live.
• Document and hand over venue details to Account Managers for a seamless transition.
• Champion onboarding improvements to help us scale efficiently.
  
  

About You

• Clear, confident communicator—especially over the phone.
• Organised and proactive with sharp attention to detail.
• Enjoy helping others succeed and comfortable walking partners through new tech.
• Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  
  

What You Bring

• 1–2 years in onboarding, implementation, customer success, hospitality tech, or operations.
• Experience working with hospitality operators, venue managers, or small business owners.
• Familiarity with CRM/workflow tools (HubSpot, Slack, Google Workspace).
• Bonus: basic understanding of POS systems or food delivery platforms.
