Role Description The Easy Trade Software Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. This role involves managing and operating Easy Trade software to support daily trading, transaction processing, and data entry activities. The executive will handle account setup, monitor trade logs, ensure accurate and timely updates in the system, and coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve software-related issues. Responsibilities include troubleshooting user concerns, preparing basic reports, maintaining records, and following standard procedures and compliance guidelines. The role also requires continuous learning of software features and contributing feedback to improve workflow and user experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using trading or financial software platforms, with the ability to quickly learn and operate Easy Trade or similar systems.
- Strong computer literacy, including MS Excel and other basic office applications, and comfort working with digital records and data.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, transaction processing, and documentation.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with clients, colleagues, and supervisors, and for explaining software processes clearly.
- Basic understanding of financial transactions, trading workflows, or brokerage operations is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage time effectively, and follow structured procedures and compliance protocols.
- Prior experience in a similar software operations, back-office, or financial services role is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in commerce, business, IT, or a related field is beneficial.
