About the role

About the Role: 

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive internal sales operations and lead business development efforts for English-speaking regions, including the US, UK, and Australia. This role is responsible for managing discovery calls, tracking leads, and ensuring smooth execution of the sales pipeline. The ideal candidate should have strong proposal writing skills, experience in pricing exercises, and the ability to maintain key sales documents such as Master Service Agreements (MSAs). The ideal candidate should have a strong aptitude for documentation, coordination, and communication as it will involve active participation in sales strategy discussions and execution. 

Key accountabilities:


• Implement comprehensive territory and account sales strategies tailored to different locations to consistently meet and exceed sales objectives.
• Conduct discovery calls with potential clients in the US, UK, and Australia to gather key requirements and qualify leads.
• Lead tracking and management in the CRM platform to ensure timely and accurate discovery calls and further processing through the sales cycle for end-to-end management of the leads.
• Prepare and manage RFPs, proposals, and pricing exercises, working closely with internal teams.
• Accurate maintenance of the RFP database with collated data to ensure readiness for future use.
• Maintain and update the sales SharePoint including access controls.
• Maintain and edit Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and other key sales documents.
• Take Minutes of Meetings (MOMs) during internal discussions and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the business development team to streamline sales processes and ensure smooth deal closures.
• Provide regular sales reports to track progress and highlight areas for improvement.
• Support internal sales strategy by identifying process gaps, recommending solutions and preparing transition checklist.
• Coordination with internal functions including Operations, Finance, HR, IT and Recruitment to ensure smooth onboarding and transition of new clients.
• Provide continuous support to the internal functions for ad-hoc requirements of existing clients in terms of pricing and contracts.
• Sales administrative functions including maintenance of various sales collaterals and coordination with marketing team for the accuracy of the same.
• Support other sales functions including management of Dropbox and info email.
