Job Summary
Responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining public areas in academic and administrative buildings, medical facilities, residence halls, and apartments. The role also involves helping care for assigned grounds and completing all assigned cleaning tasks.
Candidates must be available to work any assigned shift, and overtime may be required as needed.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Basic cleaning methods, materials, and equipment
- Safe handling and use of cleaning supplies
- General understanding of workplace safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to clean and maintain a variety of facilities efficiently
- Time management and ability to complete assigned tasks
- Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and order
- Basic ability to operate cleaning equipment
Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned duties
Require Qualifications
- Successful completion of eighth grade
- Knowledge of basic cleaning methods and procedures
