The Postdoctoral Fellow - Research will participate in a one-year fellowship designed to strengthen the behavioral health workforce in Northeast Tennessee. The Fellow will support the integration of substance use disorder prevention, treatment, and recovery through science by conducting research, training, advocacy, and contributing subject-matter expertise to interprofessional teams. The role includes developing and delivering educational initiatives, supporting practice transformation, and advancing workforce capacity through dissemination and implementation science. The fellowship also provides advanced training in research, facilitation, curricular development, and community engagement to improve coordinated care and health outcomes related to substance use disorders.
