Earthfoods is a vegan/vegetarian cafe and a student-run business. Every person is a co-manager who actively contributes to the operation of the cafe. Students have the opportunity to run the business by joining committees such as Public Relations, Human Resources, Ordering and Purchasing, and more. These committees play a vital role in running the business. In addition, all co-managers work shifts, with opportunities to cook, serve, or assist with cleaning, gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of the café's operations.
