Job Description
EarthCam is seeking a Recruiter to support the early and mid-stages of the hiring process across multiple departments. This role is responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting initial qualification and phone screens, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate pipelines, and supporting hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.
This is a mid-level recruiting role best suited for someone with 3+ years of recruiting or staffing experience who is highly organized, responsive, process-driven, and comfortable managing recruiting activity in a fast-paced environment.
This role is focused primarily on candidate sourcing, screening, pipeline management, interview coordination, and recruiting operations support. Compensation negotiations, final offer strategy, and higher-level hiring decisions are handled by senior recruiting leadership and Talent Acquisition Management.
Responsibilities
- Manage sourcing activity for assigned requisitions
- Conduct candidate qualification and phone screens independently
- Maintain healthy recruiting pipelines aligned with hiring timelines
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Partner with hiring managers on candidate flow and interview scheduling
- Track pipeline progress and maintain recruiting activity updates
- Reduce candidate no-show rates through strong communication and follow-up
- Maintain ATS accuracy and recruiting documentation quality
- Support candidate communication throughout the interview process
- Assist with recruiting campaigns, sourcing initiatives, and hiring events
- Maintain candidate pipeline continuity across open requisitions
- Contribute to recruiting workflow organization and process improvements
