Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad for an Early Years Educator. The role includes designing and delivering engaging lesson plans, fostering a nurturing and supportive environment, and encouraging early learning and development. Key responsibilities include organizing age-appropriate activities, monitoring and assessing children’s progress, and effectively communicating with parents and caregivers to keep them updated on their child's development.
Qualifications
- Skills in Lesson Planning and the ability to tailor activities to meet the developmental needs of young learners.
- Expertise in Education and Teaching practices to create a stimulating and age-appropriate learning environment.
- Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Experience in Training and mentoring to support children in their early years of development.
- Passionate about early childhood education with empathy and patience for young learners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, or a related field (relevant certifications are a plus).
- Prior experience working with young children is highly preferred.
