Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chengalpattu for an Early Years Coordinator. The Early Years Coordinator will oversee the development and implementation of the early childhood curriculum, ensure the delivery of high-quality teaching aligned with international standards, and mentor educators to foster professional growth. Responsibilities include planning activities that support developmental milestones, maintaining a safe and engaging learning environment, and building strong relationships with parents and guardians. Additionally, the Early Years Coordinator will facilitate training sessions for staff and ensure compliance with educational guidelines and school policies.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of early childhood education principles, curriculum planning, and child development milestones
- Experience in team leadership, mentorship, and staff training
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills for working with parents and team members
- Proficiency in classroom management and the ability to create engaging learning environments
- Educational qualifications in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Knowledge of current educational guidelines and best practices in early years learning
- Experience in organizing and coordinating school activities and events
- Flexibility, organizational skills, and a passion for educating young learners
