We are currently looking for a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator / Facilitator to join our team.
About the Role:
At The Holistic Approach, we believe in creating meaningful learning experiences where children explore, create, and grow. As an educator, you will play the role of a facilitator, guiding young learners through engaging and interactive sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct interactive, play-based learning sessions
- Create a safe, nurturing, and joyful classroom environment
- Plan activities involving storytelling, art, music, and movement
- Support children’s language, cognitive, and social-emotional development
- Observe and share regular feedback on each child’s progress
- Collaborate with the team to enhance classroom practices
What We’re Looking For:
- A genuine love for working with young children,
- Creativity, patience, and strong communication skills.
- A willingness to learn and grow as an educator
- Basic comfort with English communication (additional languages are a plus)
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any field (Education/Psychology preferred)
- Prior experience with children is a plus but not mandatory
Salary: Salary negotiable for experienced teachers.
