Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for an Early Childhood Educator located in Bengaluru. The role involves designing and implementing developmentally appropriate educational programs, fostering creativity, and creating a safe and engaging learning environment for children. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning lessons, supporting children's social and emotional development, and promoting active participation in learning activities.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Early Childhood Development and experience working with children
- Exceptional Interpersonal Skills and the ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Creativity Skills to develop engaging and innovative educational activities
- Strong Organization Skills to manage classroom activities and maintain a structured learning environment
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for nurturing young learners
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field
- Experience with ICSE or similar educational programs is an advantage
