About the Role
The selected candidate will work across Nursery & PP1, depending on staffing needs.
You will contribute to building a nurturing, child-centred environment inspired by Reggio Emilia philosophy and IB PYP Early Years principles.
This is not a traditional teaching role.
It is a reflective, collaborative, and creative position.
Key Responsibilities
Design and facilitate inquiry-based, child-led learning experiences
Create intentional, aesthetically thoughtful classroom environments
Document learning authentically through observations, learning stories, and portfolios
Build respectful, trusting relationships with children and parents
Maintain safety, emotional well-being, and structured routines
Collaborate with the academic team for planning and reflection
Participate in professional development aligned with Manabi’s philosophy
Ideal Candidate
0-1 years of preschool teaching experience (mandatory)
Fluent in English with strong communication and storytelling skills
Child-centred, observant, creative, and organised
Passionate about purposeful play and reflective teaching practices
Appreciates beautiful, intentional learning environments
