Role Overview
FoxClub is looking for passionate and nurturing Junior Early Childcare Facilitators to join our team. This is an entry-level permanent position ideal for candidates who love working with young children and want to build a career in early childhood education. You will work closely with senior facilitators to create a safe, engaging, and development-focused environment for children.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing daily classroom activities
- Support children during circle time, free play, outdoor exploration, and creative activities
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing classroom environment
- Monitor children's wellbeing and communicate with senior facilitators
- Assist with meal times, nap routines, and hygiene practices
- Engage children through stories, songs, art, and sensory activities
- Participate in parent communication and update sharing
- Attend training sessions and professional development programs
Skills Required
- Genuine love for children and early education
- Good communication skills in English and Kannada/Hindi
- Patience, warmth, and ability to connect with young children
- Willingness to learn play-based and Finnish-inspired teaching methods
- Basic knowledge of child development is a plus
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduation preferred)
