</div><h1>The Opportunity</h1><div><br></div><div>We are hiring a <strong>full-time Child Care Aide</strong> to support our classrooms serving infants through PreK.<br><br>
</div><div>This is an <strong>entry-level position with training provided</strong>, but it is not a low-expectation role. You will play an important part in maintaining a safe, structured, and engaging environment for children.<br><br>
</div><h1>What You’ll Do</h1><div><br></div><ul>
<li> Support Lead Teachers in maintaining a <strong>structured and safe classroom</strong>
</li>
<li> Actively engage with children throughout the day (on the floor, during activities, and transitions) </li>
<li> Help maintain <strong>consistent routines and expectations</strong>
</li>
<li> Assist with classroom organization, cleaning, and daily tasks </li>
<li> Work as part of a team to ensure children are supervised and cared for at all times </li>
</ul><div>This is a <strong>hands-on, active role</strong>—you will be moving, engaging, and supporting throughout the day.<br><br>
