About the role

The Investment Performance Reporting Manager is responsible for the preparation of investment performance reports to support the firm's various investment strategies and products. The key responsibilities include: - Prepare quarterly investment performance reports for the firm's mutual funds, separately managed accounts, and private funds. - Analyze investment returns, attribution and other performance metrics to identify trends and drivers of performance. - Collaborate with Portfolio Managers, Analysts and Client Service teams to understand performance and incorporate feedback into reporting. - Manage the data extraction, calculation and reporting processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness of performance reporting. - Document processes and controls to ensure quality and consistency of reporting. - Partner with Compliance and Risk teams to monitor and address any performance-related issues or discrepancies. - Provide ad-hoc analyses and performance-related information to support client and prospect communications.
