Job Description
Job Title: Photogrammetric Correction Technician
Reports to: Team Leader
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with GIS-integrated raster imagery in a production environment. Support production Coordinators to drive projects to completion.

Quality control through use of proprietary software, third party software, and department methodologies.
Works with both RGB and CMYK workflows.
With limited guidance, prioritizes and executes responsibilities efficiently; checks own work and possibly the work of others; Output must meet the highest quality standards.
Accepts feedback and learns new skills and techniques quickly for evolving scope of expectations.
Skills/Requirements
Proficient in latest version of Photoshop CC and the concepts of non-destructive editing.
Comfortable working on a PC platform.
Excellent knowledge of digital file management and server navigation.
File management and organizational skills a must.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills for making subjective judgement calls.
Comfortable with repetitive tasks.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
After one year, it is expected that a Correction Specialist would be capable, willing, and ready to move into a Coordinator role.
Helpful
Experience in administrative work or project management.
Experience working with databases, batch files, scripts, and actions.
GIS experience with QGIS, ArcMap, or Global Mapper.
Familiarity using shapefiles, raster imagery and elevation data.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor degree/Diploma in graphic arts, photographic imaging, or GIS.

Shifts
Willing to work on Rotational Shifts including Night Shifts.
