Job Title: Secretary to the Founder

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented
Secretary to the Founder to provide end-to-end administrative support. The role involves managing travel bookings, reimbursements, payment and logistics follow-ups, and handling basic financial tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the Founder’s office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage flight bookings and travel arrangements
- Handle reimbursement claims and records
- Coordinate import/export and logistics follow-ups
- Track and follow up on pending payments
- Maintain and update attendance records
- Use Tally for basic financial tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office and Tally
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail
