Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant (EA) to Management located in Ludhiana. The EA will provide comprehensive executive and administrative support to the management team. Responsibilities include managing daily schedules, organizing meetings, preparing reports, handling expense reports, and ensuring efficient office operations. Additionally, the role involves acting as a key point of communication for internal and external stakeholders, supporting strategic initiatives, and managing administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance to support management-level personnel effectively.
- Proficiency in managing Expense Reports and providing Executive Support to optimize organizational operations.
- Strong Communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders professionally and effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency with office tools and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite or similar platforms.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is advantageous.
