🚨 We’re Hiring: Executive Assistant to Dr. Anurag Mishra
📍 Radharaman Eye Hospital, Cuttack.
Radharaman Eye Hospital is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and execution-driven professional to join us as an Executive Assistant to Dr. Anurag Mishra — a strategic role that also serves as the Operations & Coordination Lead of the hospital.
This is not just an assistant role. We are looking for someone who can operate systems, coordinate departments, and drive accountability across the organization while enabling Dr. Anurag Mishra to focus entirely on patient care and clinical excellence.
💼 Your Role Will Include:
✔ Managing day-to-day hospital operations
✔ Coordinating across departments and teams
✔ Acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for non-clinical operations
✔ Overseeing staff coordination, floor discipline, and patient flow
✔ Managing vendors, agencies, and stakeholder relationships
✔ Coordinating branding, marketing, and outreach activities
✔ Building SOPs, systems, and operational workflows
✔ Monitoring budgets, reports, and operational efficiency
✔ Driving premium patient experience and service excellence
✔ Supporting technology, CRM, and infrastructure coordination

• Has strong leadership and people management skills
• Takes ownership and drives execution independently
• Is highly organized and process-oriented
• Has excellent communication and coordination ability
• Can multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Understands operations, reporting, and accountability systems
🎓 Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required
MBA / Healthcare Administration preferred
