Executive Assistant to Chief Marketing Officer (EA to CMO)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to the Chief Marketing Officer who will play a key role as an important member of the marketing team. This role will closely support the CMO on daily business priorities, marketing initiatives, and cross-functional coordination, while being solely responsible for end-to-end event coordination and execution. The ideal candidate should come from a marketing background with prior EA experience and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CMO’s calendar, meetings, travel, and daily priorities.
- Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, vendors, and leadership.
- Support marketing campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives as a core member of the marketing team.
- Own and manage end-to-end event coordination including planning, vendor management, logistics, on-ground execution, and follow-ups.
- Prepare presentations, MOMs, reports, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Assist during site visits, launches, and key business meetings.
- Handle confidential communication and maintain seamless coordination across teams.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to CEO/Directors or Founders.
- Prior experience in Digital/Social Media Marketing Agency, Events, Hospitality, or marketing-led businesses preferred.
- Marketing / Mass Media / Communications background preferred.
- Strong event planning and execution experience.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable with travel and staying back late as per business requirements.
- Presentable, proactive, and confident working closely with senior leadership.
