This role is designed for individuals who have worked closely with founders or senior HR leadership and handle multiple operational priorities simultaneously. Someone with 2-4 years of experience.
As an EA to the CHRO, you will drive seamless execution of Core HR functions, culture, and leadership initiatives with speed and discipline
Your first year outcomes will be
- Run the CHRO’s execution engine and calendar :-) keep her priorities moving, actions tracked and turn people strategies into real outcomes.
- Turn HR strategy into momentum: drive performance cycles, engagement programs, leadership initiatives, and grow the next level talent pool for upcoming projects.
- Be the pulse: stay close to employees, surface insights, and strengthen a transparent, high-trust culture.
- Operate with absolute discretion: manage sensitive people matters with maturity and strong stakeholder trust.
- Amplifying the social media, event and employer branding presence for the HR team. (Think employee reels, polls, reviews and campaigns that showcase and strengthen our talent mgmt)

What helps
- A Bachelors/Masters in HR/Psychology
- Comfort with tech tools, AI,. Canva, Social media utility
- Knowledge of labor laws.
- Actual experience (2-4 years) in a Founders office or CHROs office for dynamic organization
