Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Delhi for an Executive Assistant to the CEO. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and executive support to the CEO, managing daily schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing documentation, handling correspondence, and organizing travel arrangements. The role involves maintaining confidentiality, preparing expense reports, and facilitating efficient communication between the CEO and internal or external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be essential in ensuring the smooth functioning of the CEO's office.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance, with the ability to manage daily operations effectively
- Strong skills in Executive Support, Diary Management, and coordination of meetings and schedules
- Experience in preparing accurate Expense Reports and handling financial documentation
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in office and calendar management tools like MS Office Suite or similar software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role is a plus
