About the Role:
We are looking for an EA cum Growth Manager to work closely with leadership and support business operations while contributing to overall growth initiatives across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist leadership in daily planning, coordination, and follow-ups
• Support activities across sales, marketing, and operations
• Identify and suggest process improvements and growth opportunities
• Use AI tools and modern platforms to improve efficiency
• Track tasks, projects, and ensure timely execution
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow
Requirements:
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking ability
• Interest in business growth, AI tools, and new trends
• Proactive approach and problem-solving mindset
Experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
